Kate Garvey would be delighted to teach a Sound Healing Workshop in your community.  She can create a customized workshop for your business groups, communities or faith, or a gathering of like-minded friends (10 person minimum).

Typically workshops are part informational and equally experiential and lasts 2 or 3 hours.  Attendant are asked to wear comfortable clothing and workshop fees are $49 to $100/per person based on the location*, and persons with disabilities are encouraged to attend.

At a Sound Healing Workshops you will learn:

• To detect imbalances in the Major Chakras
• Vocalization Technique to restore balance
• How to use music to improve health
• Listen to various forms of music used to heal and relax
• Understand how "self-talk" can create reality
• See how Science is validating the use of sound for healing

At a Business Workshop management and team leaders will learn:

• Techniques to create a friendly and productive work place
• The importance of language and tonality
• How to use inclusive language to inspire your team
• How to clearly define project outlines, timetable and expectations
• How to empower your employees
• How to create trust in times of uncertainty 

Kate can also teach Creativity Enhancement  or Motivational Workshops for Business, Raise your Vibrational Frequency through Meditation and Sound, Stress Reduction Techniques, Workshops to Connect with Animals through Touch and Sound, Finding the Healer Within or she will customize a Wellness Workshop for your Group.
